As part of the ‘Distance Selling’ regulations, you are entitled to a refund even if there is nothing wrong with the goods received. You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received your parcel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. This applies to all customers in the European Economic Area (EEA). The goods must be sent back to us in the same condition as received and must not be damaged. If there is any damage including any of the following below, we will not issue a refund at all or we may ask you to pay an admin fee, which is dependent on the severity of the damage before the refund can be issued. The amount of the admin fee is based on the costs involved in getting the device back to a working grade A device. A refund will not be issued if goods are returned with any of the following or similar damage:

14 day returns accepted even if there was no reason, 12 months warranty if there is no customer's fault.

We understand things sometimes do go wrong. We have designed the below process to make it as easy as possible to return your item to us.

Cancellation

We completely understand that you may need to cancel your order, if you have mistakenly ordered or you no longer require the product. This can be easily processed, however if the item has already been dispatched, you will be required to return the item or reject the delivery to us, as it is not possible for us to cancel with our courier.

30 day policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your goods. Your item must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging and we will refund the price of the item after the goods have been inspected and confirmed as appropriate for a refund with our team.

Please note that we do not provide postage for unwanted/non-faulty returns and we advise you send the item using a secure signed for delivery service, the item is of your responsibility until we receive and process a refund. If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition you will receive a restocking fee or the item will be rejected back to you.

For reasons of health and hygiene we cannot accept the return of non faulty headsets (Bluetooth or corded) or Microphones. If you are unsure whether your item can be returned please contact us.

Incorrect item received

If you receive an incorrect item you need to inform us as soon as possible, so we can rectify the issue. Once we are aware of this, we will work towards a solution, which may require you returning the item to us and we will send you a pre-paid label and refund any postage paid on your original order. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us.

Faulty items

If you receive an item that is faulty or it develops a fault please contact us. We have technical support who can resolve most issues as they use, test and evaluate the equipment we sell and compile a database of known problems and fixes to issues. Your item will be replaced if in stock or refunded if the stock is no longer available.

Warranty - all items unless stated in the listing will carry a 1 year warranty.

We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your existing equipment through the use of goods supplied by as. Use of goods purchased from us is at your own risk.

We will not be held responsible for your inability to operate the goods purchased. Many of the products we sell require a moderate degree of technical ability and you should confirm your suitability to operate any goods prior to purchasing.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
