How about a new Draytek Access Point? Pick your next model out from the table below - Mesh, Wifi 6, 2.4GHz or 5GHz it's all there!
What are the differences in the model types? well there are indoor and outdoor types, slower N models, faster AC models and Fastest AX Model
What about POE? there are models included that fit the bill to power up CCTV or external devices
How do I fasten them to my wall, ceiling etc? check below to see what fitting type they are
What do I manage these Access Points with? They can be managed stand alone via a web browser or via Draytek ACS.
How much is Draytek ACS? Well it's free!
How do I get good coverage? ensure that the model selected is of a Mesh type, then place your products at a good distance from the main wireless router and using the inbuilt tools check your wifi coverage or via the Draytek ACS
How do I determine which model is fastest? good question, different wireless standards have their strength and weaknesses - currently the latest standard is Wifi 6 which runs on the AX wifi standard - your wifi devices must be able to support these standard so really important you check this! If they don't then take a look at the AC models, the Draytek AP1000C for example is rated at AC2200 and is Tri-Band (2 Radios are dedicated to running at 5GHz)

* IEEE Standard 802.11 throughput figures, actual performance will vary with wireless client specifications, wireless network capacity, range and interference.
‡ Optional USB Thermometer.
† Dual-Band and Tri-Band access points spread clients across their multiple wireless radios. i.e. Total Clients of 128 would consist of 64x 2.4GHz clients and 64x 5GHz clients.
