VigorAP 960C is a WiFi 6 Access Point with Mesh, offering up to 1.8Gbps Dual-Band wireless rates. WiFi 6 brings significantly improved efficiency, better overall performance and reliably handles more clients per AP. DrayTek's Mesh with VLAN capability can significantly reduce the cost of network deployments, improves coverage and eliminates Wi-Fi dead zones for homes and businesses.

Wi-Fi 6 configuration

The DrayTek VigorAP 960C is a Wi-Fi 6 AX1800 access point. The new wireless standard does more than simply boost speeds for single users, it improves overall performance for busy environments. More efficient resource sharing results in greater overall performance, lower latency and less pauses in connectivity for users.

To achieve this, Wi-Fi 6 or 802.11ax brings in several new technologies (including some features used extensively by 4G and LTE networks), to enhance speeds even as many users demand content at the same time.

If you suspect that your covered DrayTek product has developed a fault, our experienced support technicians will help you to diagnose the problem and determine whether the unit needs to be service or replaced. If it does, a replacement unit will be sent out the same day for delivery on the next working/business day (to most of the UK). If you wish to take the unit yourself to the service centre (currently North of London), replacement or diagnosis/repair can be carried out in person.
